Thank you to everyone who came to our Mas+ by Messi launch event today and a huge congratulations to our winners!

We were one of only 10 SPAR stores across the UK (and the only store in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) to be running the event and so our winners were very lucky indeed! 🏆

Our Carla's Kitchen team have been making further developments to our ready meals range to introduce some more new meals!

We've been on a mission to not only make our meals taste better, but to also make them higher in protein, and lower in calories, fat, sugar and salt than a standard recipe.

We have 4 new noodle dishes that launched yesterday - Hoi Sin Chicken Noodles, Sweet & Sour Chicken Noodles, Sweet Chilli & Garlic Chicken Noodles, and Black Bean Chicken & Noodles!

We also have a wide range of curries, including Korma, Tikka, Balti Makhani, Jalfrezi, Madras, Rogan Josh, Satay and Thai Green Curry!

Our Story

Pinkie Farm Convenience Store is an independently owned store in Musselburgh that prides itself on it’s wide range of food to go options - all of which are freshly prepared by their in-house kitchen team!

Having just completed a major refurbishment, the store now offers a new pizzeria and ice cream concept to compliment an expanded food to go offering including a fully stocked deli, which allows customers to build their own filled rolls, baguettes, paninis and salads; a hot food range including options for breakfast, lunch and evening meals; a wide range of pre-packed sandwiches, baguettes, panini’s, salads, pizzas and ready meals; and a bakery counter that showcases a large range of savoury pastries and cakes from ‘Stephen’s’ local bakery.

The store also offers an extensive range of chilled foods that cater for all meal occasions as well as all the essential grocery items that can be expected of a large convenience store.

Pinkie Farm strives to source from a vast array of local suppliers and also benefits from being able to source quality products from Co-op Food.
