WE’RE HIRING – KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER
We’re looking for someone to join the team in Carla’s Kitchen at Pinkie Farm, Musselburgh.
Carla’s Kitchen produces a wide range of fresh food for the store, including ready meals, pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast products, bakery items and hot food.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, works well as part of a team and takes pride in producing good-quality food.
The role will include:
Food preparation and cooking
Producing ready meals, sandwiches, wraps, salads and other products
Portioning, packaging and labelling
Following recipes and production plans
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Helping with stock rotation, quality and waste control
Previous kitchen, catering, bakery or food-production experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential if you’re willing to learn and have the right attitude.
Pay: £13.25 per hour, with the opportunity to progress as your skills and responsibilities develop.
