An indulgent stout that blurs the line between b**r and dessert.

On the nose are notes of espresso, cocoa, and hints of black cherry jam. This leads you into layers of stewed spiced fruits and tiramisu balanced by a gentle roast.

The finish is sticky toffee, golden syrup, and comforting warmth.

A beautiful, cosy, decadent stout made for sipping in the dark.

Brighde is a super fresh b**r loaded with hops.

The aroma points up your nose with honey and raisin flapjacks and hoppy fresh lemon sherbet and tinned peaches.

It then shoots across your tongue with peach melba, marmalade, mango and dried apricots, before sour plum, grilled grapefruit and subtle nougat sweetness.

Embrace the darkness. 🖤

Apres Dunkel is SIWC's cheeky twist on the classic German Dunkel.

It's a sessionable dunkel that hits the nose with dates and smokey barbecue, then washes over the tongue with notes of banana bread, brown sugar, maple syrup and hot honey, before setting with a wave of treacle. 🤤

Arrived yesterday and Andy was straight in to sample: "Tis the season for a dunkel. And this one is fascinating. Sweet & tangy date, raisin, toffee edge at the top, which fades into a smokey malt. Very smooth, little carbonation. And a finish which has notes of caramel, honey, woodiness & very subtly spicy."

New in at Sup ✨

A' Choille (6.6%) is a West Coast IPA, and it lives up to the name from the first sniff.

Mango and orange marmalade come wrapped in something green and grassy, like a walk through the trees on a bright morning.

The body is crisp and refreshing, with citrus and a touch of straw washing over your tongue. Then it finishes on cooked apple, a little pine and just enough malt to hold it all together.

It's a love letter to the style that kicked off the whole craft b**r movement - a reminder of where it all began, and why. Vegan, too.

Pop in from 4pm or grab one on click and collect at sup.b**r.

🍒 There's a new name on our shelves, and it's come all the way from Dunblane.

Sheep in Wolf's Clothing is a small, award-winning Scottish brewery with a knack for packing big flavour into b**rs you can happily go back for.

We're starting with their Flemish Golden Sour (4.0%).

It's their experiment in opening a b**r up to wild yeast and letting nature do the clever bit. On the nose there's a gentle hint of to***co, americano and treacle tart, with sour cherry lurking in the background.

Then the sip brings sour plum and bramble, before settling into molasses and dried fruit. Tart, deep and quietly complex - and vegan, too.

It's small batch, so it won't be around for long. Pop in from 4pm or grab one on click and collect at sup.b**r.
