Position of the Week: Support Manager – Burger King @ MFG

📍 Location: Birmingham-based (UK-wide travel required)
💷 Salary: Circa £35,000 + package
💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Field-based

Job purpose:
Join the Whopper of all teams! We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Support Manager to drive the successful launch of new Burger King restaurants across our expanding MFG network. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping one of the UK’s fastest-growing food-to-go operations.

Key Responsibilities:
🍔 Lead the end-to-end store opening process across multiple Burger King locations
🍔 Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure readiness
🍔 Train, motivate, and support new crews to deliver exceptional guest experiences
🍔 Ensure compliance with Burger King brand standards and food safety regulations
🍔 Take ownership of launch performance and smooth handover to Area Managers
🍔 Travel extensively across the UK, with flexibility for overnight stays.

About You:
✅ Proven background in QSR or hospitality operations
✅ Experience in store openings, project management, or multi-site leadership
✅ Passionate about people, service, and operational excellence
✅ Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
✅ Self-starter with a hands-on, practical approach
✅ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
