Lockbox collections:
Polite notice to all collecting:
Your date you book is the date allocated.
Your time slot is the time slot allocated.
We understand people can be busy etc, but please bare in mind others are ordering and will need the next allocated time slot.
We have no choice but to either take the order out if not collected and refund, or if you haven’t collected we are then having to chase people as to what to do with their order.
And please can we after we have collected shut and lock the locker door.
I know this may feel like a not very nice thing but please understand we are offering this service to you at no extra charge and are travelling to and from Maldon.
We appreciate all your orders and of course want you to have the best experience but as we respect you please respect us and that we are running a business with many other customers.
