Welsh chocolate from Gwynedd confectionary & Richard Spencer's lovely honey from Taliesin. Einions Garden from Furnace supply us with salad leaves, squashes, tomatoes and corguettes in season, they do not use any artificial pesticides, so you can be sure your 5 a day are even better for you. Many more of the local residents grow and supply the shop with an assortment of salads, vegetables, fruits and flowers from their own gardens. These include produce you just can't buy in the supermarkets, like the rightly famous Bardsey apples. We can send you home with a fabulous array of Welsh produce from the essentials like bread, milk, butter and eggs all the way up to sea salt, handmade soaps, local organic milk, speciality cheeses, loads of local beers and even gorgeous sparkling wine. We stock an assortment of organic, gluten- and dairy-free products along with refills for Ecoleaf laundry, handsoap, fabric conditioner and washing up liquid, just bring your own 1tr bottle. If all you want is your daily paper, bin bags and a can of baked beans we're happy to supply you with these too! Our cafe currently offers indoor and lots of outdoor dining plus takeaways. Menu includes soup, with vegan option, sausage (including vegan), bacon and egg sandwiches, plus pre-made cold sandwiches. Hot food til 3pm Mon-Sat & 2pm Sundays. From 11th April we will be offering breakfasts again. We are proud to say that with the exception of the bread we make all of our baked goods on site. Always something on offer that's gluten-free and/or vegan. Proper cakes, made with real butter, free-range organic eggs, a wealth of experience... and love. Brought man's best friend with you? Well behaved dogs are welcome in our covered outdoor seating area. We have plenty of outdoor seating in our Pollinator Friendly Garden.
