We’re delighted to welcome Alexandre, founder of Henri Champliau, a family-owned sparkling w**e producer based in Mercurey, Burgundy. He named the estate in honour of his grandfather, Henri Champliau, who passed down his passion for w**e, the Burgundy region and its rich w**emaking heritage.

Founded in 2016, Alexandre’s mission is to create elegant, characterful Crémant de Bourgogne, showcasing the quality of the region’s grapes and traditional w**emaking craftsmanship. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear the story behind the w**es directly from the man himself! 🇫🇷🥂
