Their vision of an experience and occasion led venue is just the the sort of thing that Expedition Spiced Rum was made for.

We've got some news we're really proud of.

Jerry Can Spirits has officially signed a charity partnership agreement with Combat Stress.

When Rhys and I started Jerry Can Spirits, we decided that 5% of company profits would go towards supporting service-related charities. We hadn't chosen who to work with at that point. We wanted to find an organisation whose work we genuinely believed in.

Now we have.

Having both served in the Royal Signals, supporting the Armed Forces community has always been important to us. Combat Stress helps veterans facing mental health difficulties, and we're proud to be getting behind their work.

We want to make rum people enjoy, while also building a business that gives something back.
Thank you to everyone who's supported us so far. You're helping us make that possible.

How to read a rum label. The four lines that matter.

Strength, volume, the category name and the ingredients. And two things most labels do not have to tell you: added sweetening and added colour.

Craft does not automatically mean good.

Four questions to ask of any bottle:
1. What is in it?
2. Is it listed, ingredient by ingredient, or does it say "natural flavourings"?
3. Has anyone judged it blind?
4. Can you trace the batch it came from?

Ask them of every bottle. Including Expedition Spiced Rum.

Armed Forces Covenant signatories.

Jerry Can Spirits was founded by two Royal Corps of Signals veterans, Dan Freeman and Rhys Williams.

The company is a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, and holds the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award.
