now part of our portfolio. Despite being mainly focused on low intervention wines, our core values are and will always be about exposing small realities to the final consumers while preaching the importance of substance over form; taste over price; quality and ethics over hype.

Yeah, so many gins, amari, vermouth. You can find them anywhere but what about fixing the experience you have once you try something new.

This is what happened to me when I tried these products.

To me, it makes no sense to have an organic wine and a chemical cocktail or aperitivo hence why I felt the need to expand my spirits portfolio.

What do you guys think of this new LOGO version designed by ?

A second one is on its way because I am terrible and want a funkier one. Soon you’ll see.

Yet, I love this one and it surely motivates me to work even harder.

I gently yet strongly invite you all, avid Instragram readers, to assess the possibility to welcome new wild beers into your lives.

I know, I know, I can see what you’re thinking there: “Again, another one! I have my go to Belgian ones I love and no need to change”.

I know, it is my reply. I love those Belgians too however these Danish .sourbeers have a natural wine edge to them.

No, no grapes. Wine drinkability. No upset stomachs, no extremes to it. Very well balanced - in fact - probably the most balanced beers I have ever tried.

That’s it, for now. I said it.

Ed iniziamo con le novità 😊 This time we are in Veneto, near Vicenza. Andrea, il vignaiolo, creates clean and neat wines like the labels dressing his wines. I would define him as a wine architect, so to speak.
I met them at during the first edition after the first pandemic wave.
