Pirate’s Grog is the award winning golden rum discovered on Roatán, a small Caribbean island situated 60km off the coast of Honduras. The name 'Pirate's Grog' is derived from days of old when pirates and buccaneers used the island as a resting point between voyages. The small unprotected island provided a sa

fe haven for trade in between plundering merchant vessels and sheltering from stormy weather.

'Pirate's Grog Five Year' is aged in white American oak barrels, giving it a rich golden colour and deliciously smooth finish, with flavours of butterscotch, raisin and vanilla. It can be sipped neat or used in premium cocktails, making it perfect for every occasion. Whilst the outstanding 'Pirate's Grog No.13', has just gained two more awards in the World Drink Awards 2017 for Best Aged Rum in the UK and Best Design Effectiveness. Our Pirate’s Grog Five Year Rum took centre stage at the beautiful showcase inside their art-filled gallery at 46 Pimlico Road, London SW1W 8LP.

To celebrate the season, the Cox London team crafted a Yule Mule Cocktail featuring our Five Year – served in gleaming copper mugs and garnished to perfection. The atmosphere, the artistry, the craftsmanship… everything was pure holiday alchemy.
