The Gin’A: Sunshine, Citrus & a Hint of Apricot ☀️🍋🍑

A bold yet elegant twist on a classic. Smooth gin meets the citrus-kissed vibrance of Lemon RamTang Cello, softened by the delicate sweetness of apricot syrup. Topped with the crisp, balanced fizz of Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic, and finished with fresh mint, cucumber peel, and lemon peel.

A serve that captures the essence of spring and summer—crisp, fragrant, and effortlessly sophisticated.

🍸 Recipe:

20ml Gin
20ml Lemon RamTang Cello
10ml Apricot Syrup Indian Tonic
Served over ice with fresh mint, cucumber peel & lemon peel

I had an amazing time at my first cocktail event!

Big thank you to for the invite and for looking after me - greatly appreciated!

It was a real pleasure to share the stage with and - they are two very inspiring individuals who I look forward to meeting again.

I managed to get picture of each cocktail, all three of them were delicious!

Finally big thank you to the venue lovely space, warm people and excellent food@ I shall be back.

Valentine’s plans? Sorted. Whether you’re toasting to love, friendship, or just making it through January, the Mezcalita has your back. It’s smokey, tangy, and the perfect mix of sweet and sharp.

What You’ll Need:
50ml mezcal (or tequila if you prefer)
30ml Lime RamTang’
20ml hibiscus syrup (homemade or shop-bought)
¼ lime wedge, squeezed on top
Ice cubes

For the Rim:
15g dried hibiscus flowers
4 tsp demerara sugar
1 tsp rock salt

Hibiscus Syrup:
Simmer 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar, 2 cups water, and a chunk of fresh ginger for 10 mins. Cool, strain, done.

How to Make It:
Rim the glass: Wet the rim with water, dip into the hibiscus-sugar-salt mix after you’ve blended the ingredients.
Shake it up: Add all other ingredients to a shaker with ice and give it a good shake.
Serve: Strain into your glass over fresh ice, squeeze the lime wedge on top.

What a night! The Bar Magazine Awards was everything we hoped for and more. 🌟

Our small but mighty RamTang’ team had the incredible honour of meeting some of the most talented professionals in the bar industry. Sharing our Lemon and Lime cellos with people who truly understand and celebrate flavour was nothing short of amazing.

From a kitchen dream to an industry event, this was a milestone moment for us, and one we won’t forget. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted with us, and took a little Tang’ home.

Say hello to the Kentucky Tang’ 🔥

A bourbon based beauty perfect for bonfire night celebrations 🎇

Ingredients:

• 30ml bourbon
• 30ml Lemon RamTang’
• 2-3 dashes of orange bitters
• 1 large square ice cube
• Blood orange peel (for garnish)

Method:

1. Mix the ingredients: In a mixing glass, combine 30ml bourbon, 30ml Lemon RamTang’, and a few dashes of orange bitters.
2. Stir: Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
3. Serve: Strain the mixture into a whisky glass over a large square ice cube.
4. Garnish: Twist a strip of blood orange peel on a cocktail stick and place it on the rim of the glass.
