The spherification process was pioneered by culinary artist, Ferran Adria, at his infamous ‘El Bulli’ restaurant, on the Costa Brava of Catalonia. These translucent yellow pearls burst with
the classic flavour of our signature medium ‘grand cru’ olive oil. Enjoy their aromatic, fruity, mildly bitter, yet sweet and buttery taste.
