Our aim is to create a safe space for Retailers to be supported by none other than other retailers.

Volunteers will provide peer support to those accessing our services in either a communal setting or in a one-to-one setting. No one understands what a retailer has to endure more than another retailer in the same industry.

Our hope is to build upon what is already an amazing community who have to balance so much and sometimes our mental health can get neglected. With a sense of support from someone that understands will be more effective than from someone who perhaps does not have similar experiences in common.

Watch this space as R4R develops over time and launches to make a difference.
