I’ll be there from 5pm onwards - with a selection of wine by the glass and some lovely bottles as well 😁

First, tomorrow is our closing drinks party to celebrate our time in Ealing.
Second, we will continue to operate as a shop until 24th December so we hope that you’ll be in to buy bottles of your favourite wines from us .. also please .. so I don’t have to pack them in boxes again 😬 😉

We won’t say “thank you for all your love and support” because these words are really very small and inadequate to describe how much friendship, love and support we’ve received from you all ♥️ Obviously it’s been a bumpy ride but we’ve had an amazing time sharing our adventures, stories and wine 😊 Our hearts will forever be warmed by the kind words, laughter and good times we’ve seen in this bar & we’ll carry these amazing memories with us for a lifetime...
But it’s time to move on to the next leg of our journey …

We’re super excited to be moving to Margate to set up STREETS ( )
STREETS is our new, bigger venue, combining Indian street food, amazing wine, beer and music.

That does mean that, sadly, we will close our Ealing bar and shop. It’s been a very hard and emotional decision to make, but we just don’t have the capacity to run two venues, in addition to making our wine and other projects.
We’ll really miss this place and all of you but we hope that you’ll visit us in Margate 😁 we’re in Cliftonville, the 8th coolest neighbourhood in the world according to Time Out, if you needed another reason besides seeing us 😉

We are having a closing party on 9th December, 6pm onwards - in Ealing

After this, we will convert into a shop and we hope you’ll continue to support us and stock up on your favourite wines + festive drinking / gifting needs 🎄We will still offer limited drink, if you’re happy to drink in disposable glasses and maybe a proper glass if you are one of the lucky ones 😉

We’re having them here on 2 dates (1st and 2nd Dec) and each date, there will be two sittings, at 6:30pm and 8:30pm.

We’ve been really excited to re-open and see so many of you again 😁.. but at the same time we are struggling with all the usual problems that other venues are facing. Staff shortages (more like pretty much no staff in our case), an unpredictable environment for revenue and sales and daily escalating costs …
We’re sorry that we have not been consistent with our opening hours - we know it’s been hard lately to keep up with when we are open.
With all this in mind, we’ve decided that we have to keep our opening hours as follows
Wed & Thurs: 5pm to 10pm
Friday: 5pm to 11pm
Saturday: Noon to 11pm
Sunday: Noon to 5pm
We hope that this gives everyone a chance to buy takeaway bottles and drink in with ease.

Re-opening hours and update:
We’re really excited to re open tomorrow, Friday 14th October.
We’re making some changes to our hours going forward. New opening hours will be:
Weds & Thurs: Noon to 7pm
Friday & Sat: Noon to 11pm
Sun: Noon to 5pm
Mon & Tues: Closed or available for private events

We’ll be offering a full food menu on Friday and Saturday and bar snacks for the rest of the days.

We’ve got lots of other exciting updates and event news to share as well - but we’ll do that in a different post 😁

After a brief period of nothingness and silence, we are back in business from 14th of Oct 2022.

In this period of absence, we travelled, explored and started working on a few new and very exciting projects (details of which will be shared soon).

From 14th Oct, both Shop and Bar will be open with revised hours. We will update the new hours as we come closer to the reopening date.

Can’t wait to see your smiles, hear wine glasses clink and catch up on all the goss ;)
