We’d like to clarify a few important points for context. Our store offers parcel drop-off and pickup services for Royal Mail, Amazon, and Evri, purely as a courtesy to our local customers. This is not part of our core business, and we do not receive any meaningful income from these services—the few pennies we may receive do not even cover the costs of providing them.
As such, we are subject to size and weight restrictions on what we can safely accept and handle. If a parcel exceeds those limits, we will kindly and respectfully inform you.
• For large Royal Mail parcels, please visit your local Post Office.
• For Amazon and Evri, you may need to request a home collection directly from their websites or apps.
We always treat our customers fairly, with courtesy and respect, and we kindly expect the same in return.
Please note: We are not legally or contractually obligated to provide these services and reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
