🚨 New in: Sea Sisters British Conservas 🐟🇬🇧

Much more than just tinned fish. Sea Sisters is the project of partners Charlotte and chef Angus (Trullo and Rochelle's Canteen).

Inspired by European conservas, they began experimenting with canning British seafood in their home kitchen, leading to the creation of Sea Sisters—the UK's first craft cannery dedicated to preserving British fish in season with chef-driven flavour combos.

Think: Cornish hake with butter and seaweed, rainbow trout with chili oil, and cuttlefish caponata. They work with what's in season, and thus many of their recipes are only available for a limited time.

These are small plates with serious clout—ideal as an aperitif with a glass of something crisp, or as a low-effort, high-reward dinner with bread and salad. Perfect for that Golden Hour on a Friday evening.

This Rosé actually hails from Rheinhessen, Germany and uses only the finest Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir).
