In the heart of Sugarlandia, the colloquial nickname for the island of Negros, where myth and mysticism intertwine with the vibrant rhythms of nature, lies Don Papa Baroko - a bold & exotic creation inspired by the lush tropical landscape & vast sugarcane plantations.

Crafted from 'Black Gold' molasses, amidst the lush foothills of Mount Kanlaon, which is an active stratovolcano & the highest peak in the Visayas region of the Philippines, standing at 2,465 meters (8,087 feet) above sea level.

Don Papa Baroko is bursting with citrus and vanilla aromas. Its full-bodied character unfolds with candied tropical fruit and honey notes, culminating in a bold finish with a hint of toasted oak.

Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in your favourite cocktail, this rum is a journey into the vibrantly tropical world of Sugarlandia - a testament to our homeland.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

Tasting Notes

Initial sweetness of rhubarb followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base. A tart rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an unforgettable flavour on the palate.

Papa Salt was founded by 5 friends, Margot Robbie, her husband Tom Ackerley, Regan Riskas– Maas and her husband Charlie Maas and Josey McNamara.

Having met on set in 2018 they began collaborating to create a gin that captured the essence of a true Australian beach day.

Made in Byron Bay, this gin combines native botanicals including wattleseed, pink peppercorn, and oyster shell with hibiscus, citrus peel, and wax flower. The result is a balanced gin with a subtle mineral edge.

A honeyed, and lightly-peated spirit that is double-matured in ex-bodega Oloroso sherry casks. It offers a rich blend of tropical fruits, baking spices, and sticky heather honey.
