119 years ago J Hodges opened its doors 6/05/1906 after 3 months closed we hope that it will not be long before you have a shop back in the crossing 🥳,thank goodness for running it’s given us an outlet for our mental well-being Margaret has run every day since we shut and for me my cardiologist hopes once we move in I will see a vast change .

Sunday 1st June short run.
Meet 9am at Nantgwyllt Church car park.
Shoes - Trail
Dress accordingly and bring a drink etc.
The route is up and over a very scenic part of the Elan Valley and will take approximately 2 hours.
Open to all abilities, there will be plenty of stops to admire the views and to catch your breath so don’t be put off by the profile which is basically up then down!
Hope you enjoy this route as much as I do.

It’s BBQ Sunday 💥💥 We have slow cooked beef brisket, burgers, whole racks of pork ribs, and homemade pizzas on offer today from 12-4ish. There will be free cheese on the bar (whilst it lasts) so pop in for some Sunday goodness.

Did we mention there’s some cracking beers on too 😝

Big thank you to wye valley trust for finding a way to contact me we were of grid in wales making memories walking sitting and just having a cwtch cardiologist had been trying to get me so once again thank you WVT.

Wow big shout out for WVT I’m with cardiologist 2pm today ❤️

Update got all wired up yesterday they said carry on as normal so just back from 1h45min run 😂 that should give them something to look at.

Just for information sale still ongoing post office now handed over,lottery handed over,and off licence same all we need now is final paperwork finished ,,we are very upset for the couple who’s house we are buying they are being very patient for which we are so grateful for.
