We're big fans of Market Harborough's Braybrooke Beer Co. and their latest collaboration puts a new spin on their craft lagers.

Their new toasty black lager, Perigon Lager, is made with surplus bread. Through turning the most wasted food on the planet into beer they will also donate 30% of the profits to fund support sessions for individuals on their alcohol and substance recovery journey.

Refocusing the impact of alcohol consumption towards empowering those in need, Braybrooke Beer have partnered with Midlands based social enterprise, Anthelios, who offer support to those in recovery.
