So I asked ChatGPT to find me an image of Bisci Verdicchio di Matelica, and it came up with the first two!

I had to resort to Google (remember them?!) for the ACTUALLY useful third image.

We will be putting this on BY-THE-GLASS for the first time ever this weekend in Wetherby!!

One of our favourite wines, pure class with a steely, dry and refreshing mouthfeel. Fresh green apples and woody herbs: this is the perfect aperitif and brilliant with salads, seafood and just by itself!! 🙌👌🙌👌

Maybe have a couple of bottles and put on a bit of Metallica (remember them?!) and try to remember the days when hangovers didn’t last a whole week…
