NEW WINE LIST = LAST DROP THURSDAY!!

Every Thursday we change our wine list and add several new bottles to be open for pouring over the coming week. Starting THIS WEEK we are going to offer glasses of the remainders of our outgoing-wines for £4-a-glass!! Once they're gone, they're gone!!

Come and get your £4-a-glass wines before you head out for dinner!! We're open until 10pm!!

Schist Happens on Tues 28th July - a look at how soil types affect the vines and the wine in your glass! If you want to know a TEENY bit more about the provenance of your wine (you care about free range chickens, organic vegetables and non-farmed Salmon, right?!) then JOIN US as we give you the skinny on soil and wine! And fear-not, this won't be too "technical" - at the end of the day, it's just a drink, albeit a very interesting one...

We’ve picked some phenomenal new wines for our by-the-glass list that pair BEAUTIFULLY with charcuterie (and cheese!!)

Bizarra Naranja: an orange wine from Uruguay which is fresh, marmaladey and has just the right amount of grip to pair with fatty foods.

Chaffey Brothers “Not Your Grandma’s” Chillable Red: a Grenache blend that’s vinified gently to make it oh-so-smashable!! It’ll be in the fridge this weekend!!

This could be a very wordy post if I put all the new wines in it, so I’ll finish be reminding you we are OPEN THURS & FRI from 11am - 10pm!! 🍷🧀🍷🧀🍷🧀🍷

No, this isn’t something we serve - just something I ate!!

A goats milk cheesecake croqueta with a very tart raspberry coulis! Lots of fabulous little bars and eateries in the food market in Alicante!

Now it’s time for a swim for me (Simon!) whilst the guys open Horsforth & Wetherby at 11am!! (They’ll get their own back in August when they’re all on holiday…) 🏊🌞🎉

Horsforth open until 6.30pm,, Wetherby until 9pm!!

It’s Rosé weather! Forget overhyped, overpriced Provence wines: we rate this as the best rosé we have tasted.

Pale and dry but it actually TASTES of something!! Strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants with a hint of fresh cherry. Outstanding!! 🙌👌
