Monks Eleigh Community Shop Monks Eleigh Community Shop, next to The Swan Inn, is a not-for-profit business now run entirely by volunteers. It began in 2003!

We sell a range of essential and useful products and have long opening hours to suit both people who travel outside of the village to work as well as those who

The village shop's AGM this evening was well attended by members. Huge thanks was expressed to Sarah & John for all their time and efforts over many years for the shop. They are now stepping down from the committee for some time off!
Three new committee members, Jeff, Jackie & Chris, were voted on with very best wishes for their commitment.

Have a lovely long weekend.
The shop will be open as usual Saturday & Sunday mornings and also on Bank Holiday Monday until 12.30 - thanks to fabulous volunteers.
Do come for a cold drink or an ice lolly!
