Not long to go now!

We are busy packing up a great selection of beers for you all, including alcohol free and gluten free options.

We also have a few new arrivals that are fresh in and some great special offers you won't want to miss out on!

The shop will be open as usual tomorrow (Friday) but we will be closed on Saturday/Sunday so be sure to pop by the castle to get your weekly selection!

Happy Saturday! Some of you may have seen this can featured as our beer of the week recently but it’s so good we have to post about it again!

Alpine Tour is a collaboration between Campervan Brewing and Drop Project. They have come together to produce this delicious radler that’s packed full of zesty grapefruit and mandarin flavour!

We really like promoting the local breweries here at Pren and I haven’t been disappointed with anything from Silent Mill Brew Co. All of their beer we have had in the shop has been a hit which is great for such a new brewery on the scene

Point and Click is a hazy pale ale that’s hopped with Citra and Cascade in o give a beautifully fresh and zesty flavour

This quintessential Belgian Blonde Ale is the real deal. Made in Bruges by the Halve Maan Brewery, they use 4 different malts to give this beer a distinctive big body and sweet malt character.

This beer has a crisp and clean finish thanks to the hops that also bring a dried fruit like edge to the beer. The unique yeast adds notes of banana and plum making it the benchmark in Belgium Blonde beers

A Citra packed beer is always a favourite over the summer! Double Barrelled Brewery have knocked it out of the park with this one!

Parka is their flagship hazy pale and is packed full of vibrant and juicy citrus notes from the citra dry hop. Light and refreshing this is a super seasonable beer with tropical fruit and grapefruit notes, all wrapped up with a soft bitterness

Pomona Island produce some of the most eye catching cans that we have in the shop!

All In The Reflexes is a pink grapefruit and guava gose. This beer has a fresh hop aroma with a touch of dankness, citrus sorbet and pink wafer biscuit notes. It has a sweet and bitter taste with good carbonation. Very refreshing and well suited to a summer evening!

Northern Monk is a very well known craft brewery and they produce some absolutely stunning beers.

Hop City USA is a bit different being a dry hopped Italian pilsner. This beer is a collaboration with a whole host of breweries . Lorien and Audacia build a bouquet of wildflower, berry and lavender with a zingy citrus zest and a crisp bitter finish

After visiting the Gravity Well tap room a few years ago we have been enamoured with their beer!

Voyagers Return is a collaboration with Great Beyond Brewing. This West Coast Pale Ale is loaded with Idaho 7, Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial hops giving it a bright citrus, pine and stone fruit flavour and a crisp refreshing finish!

Our favourite part of this job is trying all the different styles and the best that breweries have to offer! Overtone Brewing have some great beer and Giant Peach is no exception.

Inspired by Wolf Alice’s “Giant Peach” this sour blends juicy peach purée with the subtle bitterness of lotus hops. It’s velvety, creamy texture offers a refreshing twist with a smooth ice cream like finish!
