Mermaid Pink Gin is a distinctive spirit crafted by the Isle of Wight Distillery. This gin is infused with fresh strawberries from the Arreton Valley, known for its rich microclimate, and combines them with the distillery’s signature Mermaid Gin base. The result is a gin that is aromatic and refreshing, with a vibrant pink hue and a complex flavor profile.

• Packaging: The bottle features a sculpted design with a ‘Living Coral’ color, reflecting Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2019. It is 100% plastic-free, with a wood-topped cork and a plant-based tamper-proof seal.

Mermaid Pink Gin is made using ten botanicals: 
• Rock Samphire (known as ‘Mermaid’s Kiss’)
• Elderflower
• Juniper
• Grains of Paradise
• Organic Lemon Zest
• Angelica Root
• Liquorice Root
• Orris Root
• Boadicea Hops
• English Coriander    
These botanicals contribute to the gin’s smooth, refreshing, and complex flavor.
