Some new European beers in today at Kiveton Tap, from Polands Browar FUNKY FLUID we have Kompot, packed with strawberries, cherry, redcurrant and rhubarb. And from Belgian Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck we have an 11% Quad that imparts chocolate and coffee.

Cactus Cat is Tartarus Beers core range hazy pale, dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic and is gluten free! These are now available in Kiveton Tap.
They wanted to push the boundaries of gluten free and they have done it! Their trio range includes Cactus Cat – 4.1% Hazy Pale, Cactus Puma – 6.2% IPA & Cactus Lion – 8.3% DIPA. All 3 have been dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic and are certified gluten free!

Double change in Kiveton Tap this Tuesday evening.

From Vault City we have Pear and Elderflower sour. It’s a crisp, fruity, floral medley that tastes like summer in a glass. Light, bright, and endlessly drinkable, it’s a seriously sessionable sour bursting with flavour.

Then, from Burnt Mill Brewery we have Big Sur Moon. A base of Vienna and Munich malts, layered with a mix of speciality malts to create a rich wort that they blended with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. The final result is a smooth and rich, easy drinking porter. Gluten Free.

Think I posted a few weeks ago that these Vault City beers were in at Kiveton Tap, but didn't post the descriptions, so people may have missed them...

Fruit Bowl Granola - Lush layers of apricot, peach, and banana come together with a swirl of honey vanilla sweetness, all rounded off by creamy cereal milk and granola notes.

Mango Chilli Margarita - Sweet mango meets zesty lime with a touch of chilli warmth in this fiery-smooth fusion. It’s tart, tangy, and tantalisingly spicy (but not too hot to handle).

Peach & Apricot Pastel Del Nata - A juicy peach & apricot twist adds a fresh fruitiness to round out each sip. Brewed in collaboration with Portuguese importer Beer Freaks and Lisbon legends Dois Corvos, this sour beer is sweet, spiced, and packed with flavour.

Dips & Pieces - Inspired by the irresistible combo of peanut butter–coated pretzels dipped in rich chocolate, Dips & Pieces is a rich and indulgent imperial pastry stout.

Brewed in collaboration with their pals at Væskebalancen, this mixed fermentation sour beer is inspired by an iconic Danish ice lolly. With outer layers of juicy pineapple and lemon covering a soft, creamy vanilla centre. 🍍 🍋

This Pale Ale from Pentrich Brewing Co. is super hoppy, that has been hopped with El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin hops. These impart juicy pineapple and mango flavours, as well as some dank pine notes.

Public Service Announcement!

It's hot. It's hot outside. It's hot inside. So, during this heat-wave, it's incredibly important to stay hydrated and replace any salts lost from sweating. We recommend a refreshing Radler and a portion of Naked Pig pork scratchings (or any of the other beers on draught and a packet of crisps)... Stay safe. Drink beer. Eat salty snacks.
