How can you help?😎

Whether you have a specific skill or are just eager to learn, there’s a place for you here. We can use almost any skill you have to offer.

We provide full training and support for every role, so you’ll never feel like you're on your own.

📮 Post Office: Learn to man the till with one-on-one support from a seasoned volunteer until you’re ready to go solo.

🛒 Shop Floor: Help customers and manage the shop till in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

☕🍰Café: Take orders, serve tables, and—if you’re interested—master the art of the coffee machine.

🥫🍐🍞Stock Maintenance: Keep our shelves refilled and tidy, or help maintain our freezers and ensure our goods are in top condition.

🌷Gardening: Join the green team to keep our tubs and car park looking glorious.
• Promotions: Use your creative side to help design updates for our social media sites.
🔨DIY : mending trolleys, putting up shelves, display boards touching up paintwork. those little jobs that need doing

Our volunteers love the ‘buzz of the team, the camaraderie and the knowledge that they are proving a vital service to village life.

Whilst many of our helpers are retired we also have younger volunteers who fit in a shift between childcare, business and busy homes
