Update from Burnpark Service Station regarding the issue with the super unleaded pump:

Complaints appear to relate only to the super unleaded fuel. An initial water contamination test has been carried out and results indicate no issues.

Both regular unleaded and diesel supplies are unaffected.

As a precaution, the super unleaded pump has been taken out of service until full test results are received.

We are aware of recent social media posts regarding the quality of fuel supplied, and we take these matters extremely seriously.

In response, we have conducted a comprehensive review of our supply chain, tracing products through every stage. This investigation has confirmed that there are no issues at any point within the supply chain.

All fuel products have also been subject to thorough testing, with results confirming full compliance with the required standards and no faults identified. Trading Standards have independently taken samples for analysis, and we have retained samples for verification where required.

It is also noted that a number of these claims are being repeatedly circulated by the same individuals across multiple posts. While we respect the right to raise concerns, we emphasise the importance of relying on verified evidence rather than repeated, unsubstantiated assertions.

We remain fully confident in the quality of our fuel. We will continue to provide competitively priced fuel and remain committed to flying the flag as one of the cheapest fuel providers in Scotland, without compromising on quality. We will continue to uphold the highest standards while monitoring the situation closely.

No one should ever feel unsafe at work. Today we had a really upsetting incident where someone threatened staff, and it’s shaken us.

We’re grateful everyone is okay, but this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable.

If anyone in the area has any information or saw anything, please report it to the police. Let’s look out for each other and keep our community safe. 🙏

Free trampoline if anyone needs it.

Last week during the high winds, a trampoline had made its way into our garage. No one has came to collect it.

If anyone wants it can have it, seems like owner doesn’t need it anymore.

It’s in good nick!!
