Four Courses. Four Whiskies. One Very Special Evening.
We’re bringing together great food and great wh**ky for a very special evening at our Wh**ky Bar, The Foghouse.
Working alongside highly commended local chef, Mark Donovan, we’ve created a four-course tasting menu where each dish has been designed to sit alongside a carefully selected Scotch wh**ky.
This isn’t simply dinner followed by a wh**ky tasting. The food and wh**ky have been considered together from the start, exploring how flavour, texture, smoke, sweetness, spice and maturation can completely change the way we experience both.
Across the evening, after your welcome wh**ky cocktail, we’ll take you through four different pairings, moving from lighter, fresher flavours through to richer and more indulgent combinations.
Each course will be introduced by the chef, while we’ll take care of the wh**ky - sharing a little about the distillery, the dram and, most importantly, why we think it works with what’s on the plate.
There’ll be plenty of time to taste, compare and decide for yourself which pairing comes out on top.
