Penderyn Copperopolis is the twelfth dram in the Icons of Wales series, each one nodding to a big moment or figure from Welsh history.

This release tips its hat to Swansea, once dubbed “Copperopolis” when it led the world in copper smelting. Now, Penderyn’s got a distillery set up in the old Copperworks building, breathing new life into a place that once turned Welsh ore into wealth.

Bottled at 46% abv, this is a striking bottling paying homage to Welsh craftsmanship.

Fyne+ Members Ballot: Kilkerran 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask 2025 Release ✨

A staple of the Kilkerran line-up, this 8-year-old cask strength bottling (55.6% abv) is released once or twice a year as part of a small, carefully curated core selection.

Past editions have showcased a range of cask maturations, from Bourbon to Port and Sherry, with the most recent expressions spending their full ageing period in Bourbon casks.
