Established in 2003, South Downs Cellars offers a range of in excess of 800 different wines, beers and spirits from small, independent producers from around the world, all hand-selected for their individuality, quality and value for money. We also stock a wide selection of Riedel glassware and decanters, as well as delicious chocolate from our local, organic chocolatier Cocoa Loco. Selling wine to

It's time to push the wine to one side and celebrate the beloved hop here at South Downs Cellars, with our fabulous Showcase at the Lindfield store on Friday 5th June and this time, boy have we a treat in store for you!

We'll be exploring the styles which are the building blocks of beer production from two of the countries where beer creation is enshrined in law!

Belgium and Germany lead the way in creating beers with freshness and gastronomic qualities, proving time and time again that here is where tradition and innovation come together in a happy marriage!

Open to taste will be beers from .andechs, , , , and to name but a few, all for £20 per person, for the entire night.

Tickets are available in both Hurstpierpoint and Lindfield, but also online, so book in, bring your empty glass and taste something wonderful!

🫴 Villa Blanche Chardonnay from Calmel & Joseph at £12.95, down from £15.95, or 6 for £75. A lovely smooth Chardonnay with echoes of Macon Villages about it.

🫴 Vina del Oja Rioja Tinto and Blanco at £10.95, down from £13.95, or 6 for £60. A fruity easy red and light crisp white, simply tremendous value for the BBQ season.

🫴 Klinker Brick Winery | Lodi Brickmason Red blend at £16.95, down from £19.95, or £100 for 6.. Heavy on the Zinfandel, rounded and balanced.

Every now and then, we get offered the opportunity to bring together wines that are legendary in their history, their winemaking skill and collectability, whilst getting people together under one roof to appreciate and celebrate them.

On Friday 24th April at Court Garden Farm in Ditchling, we will be hosting 'California Icons - A Masterclass in California Wines', delighting your curiosity with the chance to try the famous wines from a host of Californian wines from world-famous wineries including:

With our service Curated Cases, you are whisked away into a fascinating world of grapes that are geared specifically towards YOU!

Selecting wines that we know you love, because we've been serving you for over 20 years, confident in finding wines that fit YOUR palate, trying new grapes that fit YOUR style and doing it all within YOUR budget.

We have 3 tiers:
👉 SELECT @ £75 per month for 6 bottles (or £37.50 per month for bi-monthly cases)
