The absolutely delicious handmade pairing chocolates created by Chris at tr:Eat arrived today, so for those of you who have signed up to next Friday's event - this pack will be winging it's way to you tomorrow!

Both the rums and the chocolates are AMAZING - honestly, this tasting is going to be brilliant. I've got TWO packs left and if you can't join us live - which will also feature the bloody marvellous Daniel Alonso from Planteray Rum giving all the info you'll ever need - I'll be uploading a recording of the event to the store YouTube channel, which means you'll be able to drink- and taste-along whenever you want!

The Spirit Specialist will be CLOSED from Sunday 29th June to Wednesday 9th July, re-opening 10am Thursday 10th.

Purchases can still be made via the website during this time, however please note packages will not be collected by Royal Mail until the morning of Friday 11th.

We'll be off to find a load of exciting US spirits that aren't available in the UK, as well as celebrating my wife's birthday on a trip that should have taken place in 2020 - it's nice of the USA to hold lots of parties and set off fireworks on her big day!
