Autumn doesn’t just mean red w**e only.

Whilst there is something lovely about a warming red on a chilly evening, there is so much more to drinking with the seasons.

In my later Substack I talk more about these three w**es which I think are perfect for this time of year.

Madam i’m Adam rosé: deep roses like this are a perfect replacement for your crisp summery whites.
Rockburn Pinot Gris: Textural (but not necessarily oaked) white w**es come into their own at this time of the year.
Chiave de Saletta: If you are looking for reds, mellow aged reds like this Super Tuscan blend are my go to.

We’re looking for a Part Time Staff member to help out in the bar & shop, mainly evenings and weekends.

This is really important: We hire for attitude & personality. A fun, bubble person with great people skills is exactly waht we are looking for.

For the right person we will give all the required training and even qualifications in w**e.

Would you be happy with this case?

Because this is our most popular W**e Club Option. This is the Signature case 3 whites and 3 reds. It is also the case that I give myself.

Next months case includes:
Grechetto - one of my favourite, underrated varieties from italy
Phantom Pinot Noir - One of the best, and most reasonably priced Pinot’s I’ve tried in a while.
Picpoul - As the name implies, this w**e had a lovely, almost salty character. Excellent for seafood.
Killka Cab Sauv - As the weather starts to change, bigger, bolder w**es like this are becoming more and more important.
Le Rime Chardonnay / Pinot Grigio - unusual blend, exceptional results. I think this will change a lot of peopls thoughts on both Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio
Barry bros - know to many as the “Where’s Wally W**e”, iconic producer giving us an approachable Aussie Blend.

Our Legendary Christmas W**e Fair will release its first batch of tickets next week.

W**e Club Members will early access.

Then we’ll email everyone else.

Based on the waiting list, we expect to sell at least a quarter of our total tickets next week.
