Ever wondered what’s actually happening inside your body when you step into a sauna? 🔥

It turns out, quite a lot.

Your heart rate rises, blood flow increases and your body begins responding to the heat. Your stress hormones shift, growth hormone can rise and with regular sauna use, your body can gradually become better at adapting to heat.
