The reason why our papers are turning up late
Last week’s paperwork shows we were drop 32, this week’s shows we are drop 42!
Inpost (was Menzies) have added 10 drops to the beginning of our round
The vans come from a depot in Hull and the new drops are in Barton so I suppose it makes some kind of sense to someone in an office somewhere but causes a lot of stress and extra work for us
We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing our customers, we are trying to find every way possible to complain/get ourselves heard to let them know this is not acceptable

We will get them sorted and the deliveries out as soon as we can

The papers finally arrived and we have someone out with all the rounds

Due to late deliveries into the depot in Hull we have no papers at the present time
