Born in Trinidad and aged in Scotland, this 7-year-old rum undergoes a unique maturation process in both Speyside and Highland whisky casks, resulting in a spirit of exceptional depth and character.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Light and citrusy, with fresh oak and woody notes, culminating in vanilla and candied orange.
Palate: A smooth, rich beginning with vanilla, transitioning into toffee with hints of candied apple and candy floss. Citrusy orange flows into pear notes, followed by further candied apple, toffee, and caramel. The finish reveals subtle coconut or creamy butter notes with a hint of baking spice and raisin.
