🍷 Château Brande-Bergère Bordeaux Rosé📍 As featured in the latest issue of ➖our reimagined , designed for those with a passion for premium vintages, emerging trends, and the art of wine appreciation.

Located just north of the prestigious Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Brande-Bergère has a winemaking history dating back to the 18th century. Today, the estate continues to honour that legacy through a focus on quality, tradition, and sustainable viticulture. Their Bordeaux Rosé is a standout expression of their philosophy - a wine that offers both vibrancy and elegance, true to the character of its terroir.
This rosé is crafted using traditional methods and red grape varieties typical of the Bordeaux region, such as Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Grapes are gently pressed, and fermentation takes place at low temperatures to lock in freshness and preserve the delicate fruit profile. With minimal intervention throughout, the resulting wine is a pure, expressive reflection of both fruit and place.

• Colour: A soft, pale pink that hints at its refined, refreshing nature
• Aroma: Fresh red berries - particularly strawberry and raspberry - layered with delicate floral undertones
• Palate: Bright and crisp with a balanced acidity; flavours of wild berries and citrus zest carry through with a silky texture
• Finish: Clean and invigorating, leaving a subtle minerality on the palate

🍽 Food Pairing Suggestions

This Rosé shines with grilled seafood such as prawns, seabass or scallops, as well as light summer salads, herbed chicken, or goat’s cheese dishes. It’s also a superb choice as an apéritif, offering versatility for garden parties, alfresco lunches, or relaxed evenings.

Whether you’re curating a summer wine list or looking for a fresh, easy-drinking Bordeaux rosé that overdelivers on quality, Château Brande-Bergère Rosé is a worthy addition to your

Back to the 80s:
Celebrating 80 Years of Inverarity Morton

As we mark 80 years of supplying Scotland's licensed trade, here at Inverarity Morton, we're throwing it back to one of the most influential decades in - the 1980s. A time of bold branding, vibrant cocktail culture, and seismic shifts in the spirits, beer, and soft drinks industry, the 80s laid the foundation for many of today’s trends shaping the on-trade.

The 1980s were a vibrant, transformative for the drinks industry, defined by bold cocktails, vodka dominance, and a revival of liqueurs and vermouth. like Smirnoff, Absolut, and Malibu rose to global fame, while flair bartending and colourful serves like the Woo Woo and Blue Lagoon turned drinks into fashion statements. Despite a challenging period for Scotch whisky, marked by overproduction and closures, the era produced rare and now-coveted casks. Lager reigned in Scotland’s beer scene, cider struggled, and soft drinks saw fierce cola wars and growing interest in premium mixers. Many of these trends, from aperitivo culture to and low/no alcohol options - are resurging today. At Inverarity Morton, we’re proud to have been part of this spirited journey, raising a ('Hurricane' style) glass 🍹 to the boldness of the 80s and the innovation it inspired‼️

🍾 A Spirited Day of & @ Gleneagles - Huge thanks to the MHUK team for hosting such an entertaining and well-executed day.

On Tuesday 28th May, our Inverarity Morton sales team had the pleasure of joining Moët Hennessy for insightful and educational day at Gleneagles. We began with a MHUK X Inverarity Morton joint business update, where we looked at the vision for the next 12 months, focused on innovation, service excellence, and long-term growth - which was a fantastic opportunity to align as a team and connect the bigger picture to our everyday work. One of the day’s highlights were the in-depth sessions delivered by the Moët Hennessy team. Our sales staff came away with a deeper understanding of the history, positioning, and flavour profiles of some of the world’s most prestigious houses and brands.

This kind of brand knowledge is incredibly valuable - not just for our team’s , but for ensuring we can pass that insight on to our customers with confidence and enthusiasm. This was a big day for all involved, thanks to the team at Moët Hennessy for hosting such well-organised and inspiring sessions. We left motivated, and with a few new favourites in the glass too‼️🥂
