Here are some natural white wines that I think that are tasty and delicious!

BLACK BOOK BACCHUS!
- This English wine is comes from London’s only OFFICIALLY certified organic vineyard! ✅
- This wine is GROWN and MADE in London!
- Aged in a combination of Old French Oak and steel tanks which is followed up with malolactic fermentation and 7 month lees aging.
- Elderflower, white peach, white pepper with some spice and tropical fruit! Doesn’t that sound like a dream?!

LA CALMETTE!
- from Cahors, France, it is a blend of Noual, Chenin Blanc, Sylvaner and Sauvignon.
- Noual is one of Cahors indigenous grape varieties and brings so much character to this wine.
- Herbal, tropical (🍍) and FUN! It’s Rhône-esque with its body and weight but it has more acidity and a lifting boost of freshness. It’s very clean and a total crowd pleaser!

QUEEN OF SWORDS! ⚔️
- From the biodynamic by Ashleigh Barrowman in Marlborough, NZ, this wine is just wowzas!
- It’s 100% Chardonnay and it’s stunning. It’s spent 7 months in old oak and it is ripe and rounded and beautiful!
- This Chardonnay will make you love Chardonnay if you don’t already.
- Its green and lives a life in the glass. Smelling like quince and then like Key Lime Pie.

Vigneronne - 2yo lambic macerated with Viognier grapes
St Lamvinus - 2yo lambic macerated with Merlot, Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes
Nath 2025 - 2yo lambic macerated with Rhubarb
Rosé de Gambrinus - classic Cantillon framboise
Sang Bleu - lambic with Blue Honeysuckle
Cuvée St Gilloise - 2yo lambic dry hopped with Hallertau hops
Grand Cru Bruocsella - still 3yo lambic
Gueuze - a pure and sparkling blend of old and young lambics
