Tomorrow we welcome Dan Wye from .brewing for an in store tasting and all are welcome.

Wonderful wine people out there please don’t look away! Dan has been brewing up and blending a vinous inspired variety of wonders up in Loch Fyne. I’d hasten to bet his highly sought after wares would appeal more to the average wine drinker than they would the everyday beer fan.

Don’t get me wrong! .brewing are certainly for the beer buffs and curious. From specialist stock ale blends to beer and wine chimeras that draw on super local fruit and flora, it is imaginative and precious. Delicate, complex and intriguing stuff!

But enough from me. Hear it from the man himself tomorrow. We look forward to welcoming him and hopefully you.

⛅️ Our Saturday Tastings Continue at Speed 🌤️

Join us tomorrow afternoon for a casual in store tasting: will be here from 1-5pm offering up their delectable and diverse range of gins.

True practitioners of sustainability, the large majority of the botanicals they use are grown on site in their Pentland paradise. They even grow and hand-harvest Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes for one of their gins. How incredibly ingenious!

One of the most beautiful and popular gins on our shelves we cannot wait to welcome them tomorrow.

Fermented spontaneously and aged on lees in used barrels, their wines develop remarkable depth, balance, and a true sense of place.

Kaori, Bodegas Ontañón (Rioja) 🍣
The Kaori wines from the Ontañón family were crafted with sushi in mind, but their versatility goes far beyond! The white Rioja (primarily Viura) is subtly oaked and beautifully textured, bursting with bright tropical notes. The red (Tempranillo, Graciano & Garnacha) is full of luscious ripe red fruit and oaky spice—perfect for sushi or a spring Sunday roast.

Sasikume, Etérea Kripan (Rioja) 🍇
Sasikume revives Trousseau (aka Bastardo) in Rioja! Inspired by a love of Jura wines and a desire to reconnect with the region’s grape history, this biodynamic, low-intervention red is vibrant & fresh.

Bocins Blanc, Finca Tobella (Priorat) 🍑
