Brett Tastings are back! 🍇🍇🍇
We had a great year of in-person tastings in 2022, and we have loved creating a little hub of fun and exciting tastings where our guests get to meet new people, try new things and enjoy some tasty glasses from some fantastic producers and delicious snacks from the kitchen.

For our first tasting of 2023, we're throwing back to the best of 2022 - our greatest wine hits and celebrating some of our favourite bottles before the new allocations arrive for 2023. Join us at 6.45 (for 7 pm) on Thursday, 2nd February, to kick off our Brett Wine Tasting Series for 2023!

Our final tasting event of the year is here, and we’re ending 2022 with an exploration of Tuscan wines.

Home to some of the most recognisable and iconic wines in the world, we will explore all of what Tuscany has to offer through 5 different wines paired with tasty snacks from the kitchen team!

Aquelarre Brut Tinto, Constantina Sotelo, Rias Baixas, Spain NV
Red sparkling pet nat made from the native grape Caíño tinto. Organically farmed using biodynamic principles with minimal intervention in the cellar. Notes of forest fruits, balsamic & a ye**ty undertone.

Fine integrated bubbles with lovely acidity.

Emma, Vega Aixala, Tarragonna, Spain 2020

Hand harvested grapes, grown organically. Fermented in stainless steal tank and skin contact for 8 days and rested in the tank for four months. Minimal intervention and no additional use of sulphur.

Vibrant and fresh with notes of bruised apple, lovely spice and zippy freshness!

Constantina Sotelo makes the wines with minimum intervention, using vessels such as old chestnut barrels, terracotta amphorae, stone amphoras, terracotta bottles and concrete eggs to create different expressions of the Albariño grape.
