Our Goldfinch Bodega Series Dailuaine 12 Year Old First Fill Oloroso has been awarded an IWSC gold medal. This isn't just any old gold medal either, this is a 97 pointer!

Our stunning single cask is only one of 7 single malt scotch whiskies to be awarded this high a score within the gold medal category and Goldfinch Whisky are the ONLY independent bottler amongst this hallowed crowd = serious cause for celebration. 🥃🥳💥

This is one of the few whisky competitions to provide detailed feedback from every judge and every entry. Thank you IWSC.

The IWSC 2025 results are out and we've received some excellent scores. Details to follow but here’s a shout out to all the team at the IWSC and especially the judges who do an amazing job tasting blind and letting their senses do the thinking. Almost 100 international judges gathered in London to taste over 4,000 spirits entries from around the world!

The Goldfinch Monogram GWM

We had loads of fun creating the Goldfinch Monogram GWM label in summer 2024, it was a concept we had come up with back in 2019 when we were almost at the beginning of our journey. Recently, we found ourselves needing a new label for a special project and when checking the back catalogue we unanimously agreed on the monogram.

It was a fast and rewarding process to put the package together and we are utterly delighted with the results. It's fighting for favourite in the label charts here at Goldfinch HQ. 🥃❤️

Launching our new brand STORMBOUND at the same time that storm Éowyn hit didn't seem appropriate but it did highlight the need to have a great bottle of scotch in the cupboard at times like that. Our first container loaded on to the vessel in high winds but made it safely and sets sail to our first customers.
