Remember we are in full swing of the wonderful Scottish Strawberry 🍓 season. I was going to show a picture of my favourite Eton Mess....but I ate it!!!! So you too can make it with the Scottish Strawberries, our delicious Graham's Double cream and our meringue nests. Chop up the Strawberries crush the meringue and mix them together and liberally pour the cream to desired amount and for a real treat add some Vanilla Ice cream. And Relax

Wow we are lucky up here in the Highlands to have such good suppliers. More Strawberries tomorrow and Friday. If you want anything you see here and would like to order just ask.
