📦 Important Notice Regarding Our Parcel Machine 📦

To all customers using our parcel machine for sending, collecting or returning parcels, we’d like to kindly ask that you have your parcel, QR code, barcode or label ready before coming into the shop. This helps keep the process quick and reduces waiting times for everyone.

Please remember that we are only a collection and drop-off point. We do not work for the courier company, and we have no control over parcels that are delayed, missing, damaged or tracking issues. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate these matters, so they must be raised directly with the courier.

We always do our best to help, but the parcel machine has only recently been installed and we are still learning some aspects of how it works. If you’re having difficulty using the machine, please be patient. We will gladly help where we can, but we may need to serve customers in the shop first before assisting with parcel enquiries.

We also ask that everyone treats our staff with respect. We understand that parcel issues can be frustrating, but abusive, aggressive or argumentative behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated. If this happens, we reserve the right to refuse assistance.

Also it’s not fair that you guys leave us bad reviews regarding parcels. We try our best to help you all but it’s out of our hands. So please stop doing this it’s not fair when it’s evris fault.
