📦 Important Update for EVRi Parcel Drop-Offs 📦

We’d like to let all our customers know that EVRi has updated their parcel delivery process.

When you drop your parcel off in-store, we will scan it as usual. After that, the screen will ask if you would like tracking for your item. If you do, simply enter your email address and the tracking information will be sent directly to your inbox – it’s now completely paperless.

If you don’t want tracking, just tap the “No label required” option.

Evri info !!

We are a parcel shop for Evri to drop and collect parcels from us.
We cannot track or find out where your parcel is!

If it shows up on our gun then we can say if it’s on the van coming to us.

We have not lost or taken anyone’s parcels ever we would never do this to you.

Evri have been having problems with the machines and scanners recently which is out of our hands. And we get customers kicking off at us which it’s nothing to do with us. We are just a drop off and collection point only.

On Saturday we was ment to get a load of parcels come in to us and the driver to collect the ones we had but the new driver had a accident that morning and the van ended up in the river, (the driver is ok) this has messed our collection up so much by saying your parcels are with us when they are not so they may have been on the van that ended up in the river. They did scan all parcels had been collected as they have to go through the van to report them as damaged to the person that sent them out.
I thought I put a little note as some people have been saying stuff on Facebook that we had there parcel but now don’t have them ! This may be the reason why!

We have been doing this for about 5 years now and never took or have we missed placed a customers parcels our self. So with it coming up to Christmas they may be delayed. So please be patient and contact evri as we don’t do this.

Monday - Friday 6am-8pm
Saturday 9am-8pm
Sunday 10am-6pm

The evri driver is for us only they do not go to peoples house and we don’t know them as the drivers change most days. We cannot track the van they can come any time between our opening times.
