Parcelly / UPS Parcel Update

Just a quick note regarding Parcelly parcel drop-offs and UPS collections.

If you have received an email saying that your parcel could not be delivered to our shop because no one was here, or that we refused the parcel due to damage, please be aware that this is not correct. As you know, we are always here during opening hours and we do not refuse parcels (as long as the label is scannable).

We believe this may be happening because the UPS driver is unable to get through the current road works to reach the shop.

We have reported the issue to Parcelly and they are raising it with UPS. In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope this will be resolved very soon.
