Apologies for the disruption caused by our ongoing issues with our PayPoint terminal/BT internet. We are unable to accept any parcels of any kind We have been trying since Sunday to get this fixed, with 1 company blaming the other and vice versa.
Meanwhile we are still able to provide all top ups and bill payments, it is only the parcel service which is affected.
