North British 17 year old single grain, matured in a combination of ex sherry and bourbon casks and bottled at 46%.

Fun fact. The Ardnamurchan peninsula is host to the most western point of mainland UK but do you know the most eastern point of mainland Scotland? ( the same location of these pictures 😃)

The Ardnamurchan Distillery limited edition Tokaji cask, finished in Hungarian Tokaji casks for just over 2 years and bottled at 52%.

Expect an alluring combination of floral sandalwood, sweet pear and almond, and bright and funky bamboo and white pepper.

Balmaud Gin from

It's our most local distillery, one that we are delighted to be able to follow the progress of and of course very proud to support.

Balmaud is a farm distillery, heavily involved in the growing and supply of barley for the whisky industry. The concept of having a distillery on the estate was merely a dream but fast forward to 2025 and that dream became a reality.

Since distilling only started in February last year it will be a while until we see any whisky but in the meantime we can of course enjoy their Gin and hope that our customers, whether local or nationwide can do so also.

A "Scottish Dry Gin" with fresh citrus, hints of orange, lemon and pomegranate, with juniper and thyme bringing balance and resulting in a clean refreshing finish.

A perfect simple serve, Balmaud with a slice of orange, Mediterranean tonic and ice.

So simple but so tasty 😋.

Sadly we have decided to cancel the tasting scheduled for the 16th of May due to a lack of tickets sales.

This decision was not taken lightly and we apologise to the people that did buy tickets and of course we want to thank those that also shared on socials regarding the event.

It's unfortunate to have to cancel but time and money have been spent so far and events like this cannot go forward without commitment in the way of actual sales so therefore the decision was made.

Tickets are in the process of being refunded and we thank you for your understanding.

Actually, it's a first for us.

White Peak English Single Malt from .

We are lovers of whisky and it's through Scotch Whisky that our passion for the amber nectar grew to where it is today. But in saying that we are also pursuers of quality, of flavour and of course, these things know no region, borders or boundaries.

White Peak distillery is situated in Derbyshire. Founded in 2017 they began running spirit in 2018 and released their First Release in 2022. Since then they have continued to focus on quality spirit first and foremost and of course the approach speaks for itself with numerous awards to date.

Matured in first fill bourbon for 7 years this single cask is the 16th cask filled at the distillery back in 2018.

One of 247 bottles, bottles 57.1% and available to purchase whilst stocks last.

The first batch of ASM ( Aberdeenshire Single Malt)

For as long as we can remember now we have loved supporting .

No bias either, we truly love what they do, always innovative, always moving forward and of course, always bringing quality 🥃.

This is the first of a "core" product from LBD, a single malt from Aberdeenshire and one which has been fully blended by themselves. Small batch made but enough to pick up a second bottle if you wish.

Made with distillate from Glen Garioch with a vatting of 60% ex bourbon and 40% ex oloroso and PX and bottled at 46% with no added colour or chill-filtration.

This world first Alness blended malt brings together two neighbouring titans in a way never before seen.

have again spoilt us rotten with this amazing blended malt in which they have married a heavily peated Dalmore with the vibrant, grassy elegance of Teaninich matured in first-fill barrels.

Nose: The nose is an eccentric delight, opening with a nostalgic hit of foam bananas and sharp tangerine pith. Zesty lemon notes and the savoury, briny tang of caperberries in saline solution provide a striking coastal edge, softened by fresh green herbs -specifically torn parsley. As it sits, the profile turns floral and sweet: apple blossom and clear honey are layered over a tropical dusting of coconut shavings. The peat is a masterclass in restraint, drifting in and out with a soft, elegant subtlety that never overwhelms the delicate fruit.

Palate: The arrival is creamy and surprisingly cooling, led by vanilla yoghurt and a gentle, medicinal hint of iodine. The smoke here is “zingy” and fresh, moving quickly into the warmth of oak spice and polished sandalwood. The tropical theme returns with coconut yoghurt, topped with a tart, vibrant mix of chopped kiwi and crisp green apple. It is a bright, multi-dimensional palate that balances its Highland weight with a lively, acidic lift.

Finish: Long and impeccably balanced. It maintains a beautiful acidity throughout, finishing on a lingering trail of gentle wood spices and the comforting sweetness of high-quality toasted oak.

Bottled at 50% ABV and limited to only 800 bottles.

If that doesn't get the mouth salivating then nothing will 🤤.
