Doing justice to the largest concentration of distilleries in the world can be difficult but we'll try! Come along to the bottle shop as Max Stephen guides you through five fab drams ranging from well known stalwarts such as Balvenie to lesser known favourites like Glentauchers. Look forward to some unusual casks, nice strengths, and perhaps discovering something new.

Forget the mega sweet, juice-heavy imitations, this OG Mai Tai is a refined, boozy cocktail - complex, bright and fresh. Created in 1944 when legendary bartender, Victor “Trader Vic” Bergeron, shared his new drink with 2 Tahitian friends who exclaimed, “Mai Tai-Roa Aé!” a Tahitian phrase meaning “Out of this world, the best!”

The Clover Club is a pre-Prohibition classic from Philadelphia’s club of the same name. Fruity, bright and smooth, this legendary cocktail is made with gin, raspberry and lemon.
