Four outstanding single cask releases have just landed at The Whisky Studio, each bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.

🔥 Aberfeldy 11 Year Old
A rich Highland dram matured in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Expect notes of dark fruits, chocolate-covered raisins, honey and warming spice, balanced by Aberfeldy’s signature smooth character.

🔥 Balmenach 17 Year Old
A distillery rarely seen on shelves, making this a real gem for collectors and enthusiasts. Layers of stewed fruits, toffee, roasted nuts and rich sherry influence deliver a beautifully complex Speyside experience.

🔥 Caol Ila 18 Year Old
An exceptional Islay single malt combining elegant coastal peat smoke with citrus, vanilla, salted caramel and mature oak. A superbly balanced dram that showcases Caol Ila at its finest.

🔥 Aberlour 11 Year Old
A classic Speyside favourite elevated by cask strength bottling and sherry maturation. Rich Christmas cake, dried fruits, orange peel, dark chocolate and warming spices throughout.

🥃 Balmenach 10 Year Old

Finished in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts.

A rich and characterful Speyside malt with notes of dark fruits, raisins, roasted nuts, milk chocolate and warming spices. The Oloroso casks add depth and complexity while allowing Balmenach’s robust spirit to shine through.

🥃 Ben Nevis 10 Year Old

Finished in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts.

A distillery cult favourite. Expect layers of dried fruit, orange peel, rich toffee, baking spices and a subtle waxy character that Ben Nevis fans love. Powerful, complex and incredibly rewarding.

🥃 Craigellachie 15 Year Old

Finished in 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butts.

A beautifully mature whisky combining Craigellachie’s signature meaty, slightly sulphury character with luxurious PX sweetness. Think dates, figs, dark chocolate, treacle and spice with a long, rich finish.

🥃 Glen Elgin 14 Year Old

Finished in Oloroso Sherry Butts.

An elegant Speyside dram offering notes of honey, stewed orchard fruits, caramel, cinnamon and dried berries. The sherry influence adds richness without overpowering the distillery’s naturally fruity spirit.
