Dear Gentle Readers (from Lady Wistledown (AKA Harpal)

I wish to inform you that myself and Kenny, after over 22 years of serving this lovely community, have sold the shop. The new buyer has decided to temporarily close the shop from today for health and safety reasons whilst he is doing a brand new refit. He will keep you updated for when he will be able to reopen, but he is anticipating early December, when it will reopen under a brand new name and facia.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the years and will like to remember and thank all of the wonderful staff we've had over the years without whose help we wouldn't have been able to manage.

I would also like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding over the next few weeks and hope you will continue to support your local shop.
