Escape the Fringe madness on one of our drinks cruise events this weekend!

Are the crowds getting too much for you already? Fed up of Silent Discos through the centre?

Join us as we whisk you away down the Union Canal and feed you delicious spirits and cocktails, without a street performer or interpretive dance in sight (though after a few drinks you may be inclined to perform)

We have tickets for:
Fri 9th @ 7pm - Tiki/Tropical Rum Cruise
Sat 10th @ 1pm - Gin Cruise
Sun 11th @ 1pm - Foraged Cocktail Cruise

Each event will last two hours, and consists of four neat spirits of various styles and four cocktails. We'll also guide you through each drink and explain the wonderful world of Gin/Rum/Foraging.

Today's haul included Meadowsweet and Marsh Valerian, and will be turned into lovely ingredients for the cocktails served on board - four drinks, each with a hand Foraged ingredient from the banks of the canal we sail along.

One of the delicious cocktails found on our Gin Cruise is our Gin Madinina - a variation on a cocktail found at our sister bar, .

Instead of Martinican Rum we use the lovely Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin, paired with toasted coconut, peach and orange tea, lime, and ginger ale.

It's fresh and summery, perfect for the (hopefully) better weather we'll be getting for our upcoming events like this Saturday!

Friday sees our very first Tequila & Mezcal Cruise!

We have just a few tickets left to try four beautfully crafted agave spirits including the wonderful as we all look wistfully out the porthole while sailing along the Union Canal in Edinburgh.

The third gin we will be using on our upcoming Gin Cruises is Tropical Old Tom!

Passionfruit, Guava and White Tea are cold distilled using *SCIENCE* and added to a classic juniper forward base in their lab in Aberdeen, to give an exotic freshness and bloody loveliness.

You'll get to try this gin neat and as part of a beauitful tiki cocktail on board the Lochrin Belle from March - July.
