Luckily for us, Levels is located within easy reach of quality, delicious local wines. We are joined by Luke Spalding, enologist and vineyard expert from Everflyht at Ditchling, who will start the tasting with his award winning sparkling wines.

Luke will share the stage with Ian Wood, brand ambassador for Rathfinny Wine Estate, who will be showing off their Cradle Valley still wines and sharing the Rathfinny story.
