Why Have The Rest? 6.6%

A multi-vintage layered blend that has created a smooth, full bodied cider. Two year matured Dabinett and Bisquet apples, characterised by their rounded soft tannins, are enlivened by a blend of young 2025 cider made from heritage dessert varieties that provides a little bite of acidity. Juicy and easy drinking dry cider.

A dual vintage blend of Bisquet and Foxwhelp. The 2024 Bisquet (90%) brings a soft, rounded flavour and texture to an easy drinking cider that is enriched and given kick by a 2025 Foxwhelp (10%) that adds that juicy, zingy acidity.

• Gently medium • Still Cider • Iconic brand & label • A medium dry blended cider named after one of the famous Ross Cider alpacas. A soft, fruity cider with just a hint of tannin. A perfect summer afternoon thirst quencher.
