Originally from Holland and now based in Northern Ireland, Joery brings a wealth of culinary expertise—from his celebrated tenure as Head Chef at Castle Leslie to founding The Boat House in Belfast, which earned 2 AA rosettes and recognition in the Sunday Times’ Top 100 UK Restaurants.

Expect a menu that challenges and delights, blending unusual flavour combinations inspired by his summers across Holland and Northern Ireland. Each course will be paired with carefully selected w**es from our exclusive cellar, curated to complement Joery’s innovative dishes.

We had an incredible night with on Saturday night.

A wonderful menu,fusing Chef Joery’s Dutch heritage with the best of local produce. The w**es weren’t bad either! 😋

He will definitely be back!
