String Theory
A Rum, Whisky & Amburana Barrel aged Imperial Stout
coming in at 11.5%. Big flavours are in abundance, including, Whisky,
molasses, wood, smoke, booze and some cherry and cinnamon from the amburana wood

Two Birds
A Port, Whisky and Chocolate barrel aged Imperial Stout
a mellow 10.5%
Chocolate is the mainstay with this one with the port and whisky giving vinous and caramel hints.

We have just bottled this Ben Nevis for Q2 and we usually reuse/rechar casks but this cask is quite tired. We still think its beautiful so if you fancy collecting in exchange for beer let us know!

We are pleased to reveal that as of this morning all cask selection, tasting notes, bottling and warehouse management will now be undertaken by Lady of the Glen's newest AI employee High Alcohol Leadership or HAL for short. We are confident HAL 1.0 is going to be fully operational and ensure a success for the next 2001 years!

As most around the trade are aware there is a concern with Whisky cask investment scams. Numerous articles have been written on the subject over the years but little has changed with scammers continuing to proliferate and adapt while the reputation so hopefully this will generate a bit more awareness of the risks

Investors were duped into ploughing millions of pounds into casks that were overpriced or did not exist.

Lady of the Glen has produced three whiskies as charity releases with proceeds going to Big Hearts, and Big Hearts are hosting this tasting to celebrate all of their hard work.
